Keep In Mind
Payment is required to reserve your Booking Date.
We kindly ask that events be scheduled at least 1-2 weeks in advance to Event Date, to allow us to accommodate scheduling and seating arrangements.
If you plan on having more than 10-Guests, please let us know in the Booking Comments.
Once you've Completed the Booking Form, our Studio Owner will then contact you via email or phone within 1-2 Business Days, for a Free Consultation Call regarding your request.




Cancelation Policy
All Booking Payments (Non-Refundable) must be paid in full in order to finalize a Booking Date/Time.
Invoice is due 2-weeks upon receipt (Booking Reservation will be placed on hold for the client during this time). Failure to complete payment upon the Due Date will result in Booking Cancellation. We cannot guarantee that this date will still be available. Pink Yolk Art Studio reserves all rights to cancel a booking due to emergencies and/or failure to make payment. To Reschedule a Booking, please contact us at least 72-hours in advance to event Date/Time. Cancellations will result in Studio Credit Only. If a client fails to attend a scheduled Booking or provide 72-hour Notice in advance, all funds will be forfeit to Pink Yolk Art Studio.
