Cancelation Policy
Thank you for choosing Pink Yolk Art Studio! Please review our policy for cancellations and refunds: 1. **All Sales Are Final:** Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any purchased tickets or studio deposits. 2. **Studio Deposits:** Studio deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new class or saved as studio credit. 3. **Cancellation Notice:** To be eligible for studio credit, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Guests must provide notice via email (pinkyolk.diy@gmail.com) or phone. 4. **Failure to Give Notice:** If a guest fails to give the required 24-hour cancellation notice, no studio credit will be issued, and funds will be forfeited. 5. **Cancellation or Rescheduling:** Guests are required to submit notification for cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance via phone and/or email (pinkyolk.diy@gmail.com). 6. **Non-attendance:** Guests who fail to submit proper notification within the specified parameters or fail to attend the booked class will forfeit their funds to Pink Yolk Art Studio and will not be eligible for studio credit or gift card funds. 7. **Studio Emergency Cancellation:** Pink Yolk Art Studio reserves all rights to cancel a class, workshop, or event due to emergencies. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or issue studio credit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
