  • Bring whatever Decorations, Food, Drinks and Refreshments you'd like

Conference Package Additions:

  • Coffee Station = +$30

  • Presentation Set-Up = +$200
    (Includes: Mics/
    Headset + TV Access + PC/Mac Adaptors + 1-2 Extension Cords)

  • Additional Time = +$140 / Hour
    (Dependent Upon Time Schedule)

*Purchase of any Conference Additions includes Free Wifi Access for you and your guests.

We'll Bring the Party to You!

  • We'll travel anywhere you need some Colorful entertainment! ($50 Travel Fee within the DFW / $200 Travel Fee outside the DFW)

  • All Art Supplies, Aprons and Easels provided

  • Must provide tables, chairs and table cloths

  • Must have a venue location secured

How to Book:

  1. Submit A Request: Complete our Inquiry Form below to let us know the Party package and Event Date that you'd like to Request.

  2. Plan Your Event: Our Event Planner will email you within 1-2 Business Days, for a quick run-down of general information, help you customize your party and answer any questions you may have.​

  3. Reserve Your Booking: Once your ready to save the date, We'll send you an Invoice to complete the Deposit Payment (50% Non-refundable), which can be made in person at the studio or online through our Invoice system (Cash/Card Accepted).


Booking Policy​: 


A 50% Deposit (non-refundable) is required to reserve your Booking Date/Time, with final payment due 72-hours before the event Date. All Bookings must be paid in full, 72-hours in advance to the Event Date/Time. Failure to complete payment will result in Booking Cancellation. Pink Yolk Art Studio reserves all rights to cancel a booking due to emergencies and/or failure to make payment.


To Reschedule a Booking, please contact us at least 72-hours in advance to event Date/Time. If a client fails to attend a scheduled Booking or provide 72-hour Notice in advance, all funds will be forfeit to Pink Yolk Art Studio.
